Windows 10 built in remote support
Windows 10, Quick Assist is a remote-access tool that
connects two PCs over the internet. After that the person can control the PC
via remotely, it’s like a same remote support software, but its inbuild with
windows 10 version 1607 or later. Your PCs doesn’t have Quick Assist, you’ll
have to update that PC to the latest version of Windows 10. Go to Settings
> Update & Security > Windows Update and download and install the
update.
Make sure before start

Both computers need to be running Windows 10
version 1607 or later.

Quick Assist app launches on both machines.
Start the Quick Assist
1. Open the Quick Assist tool on clicking start
menu.
2. Under the “Give assistance” tab click the Assist
another person
3. Sign in with your Microsoft account and generates
a 6-digit security code, share to the person PC you need to connect to using
display method.
4. Who needs your help with their PC launches Quick
Assist on their computer. Under “Get assistance,” enter the 6-digit security
code you Shared.
5. And your end Take full control” or “View
screen.” option you need.
6.The person at the other PC clicks the Allow
button, granting permission for you to access their PC.
